Kuras Leadership Search (‘we’) collects personal information about a person in order to provide to our clients, executive search services, international or national leadership searches, leadership capability assessments, talent sourcing, research services and related recruitment activities. We collect personal information about a person mostly from that person, via the provision of employment information (such as CVs) and contact details through electronic means. Sometimes we will collect personal information from other sources, such as from referees, previous contacts, or through available databases or publicly available social media platforms. If we do not collect personal information about you, then the consequences will likely be that your potential suitability for employment cannot fully be determined and we are unable to process or consider your application. We usually disclose personal information collected to our clients, namely potential employers, for the purposes of providing executive search services and to manage any ongoing contracts relating to a person’s engagement.

Our Privacy Policy also sets out how you can seek the correction and deletion of such information and how you may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles. 3. We are likely only to disclose personal information to overseas recipients where the client or proposed client and the relevant role is located overseas. It is not practicable to set out those countries here because the countries will depend upon the engagement at any given time.
